Description

• Architect and design an end-to-end solution that integrates with SMDP+ to manage eSIM profiles and multi-SIM entitlements across Apple, Samsung, and Android devices. • Collaborate with telecom carriers to integrate the product with existing IT systems, including entitlement servers, provisioning systems, and network infrastructure. • Design flows required to configure Camel routes to efficiently route data between internal microservices and external carrier systems. • Design custom microservices to handle entitlements, device synchronization, and provisioning logic for multi-SIM management. • Utilize websheets to manage user entitlements and profiles ensuring a smooth customer experience for primary and secondary devices. • Integrate FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and APNS (Apple Push Notification Service) to manage real-time notifications for entitlement updates and device synchronization across platforms. • Ensure the architecture supports seamless entitlements and transitions between carriers, devices, and operating systems. • Work with security teams to implement SSL encryption, certificate management, and other security protocols to safeguard carrier and customer data. • Lead the integration of telecom standards like TS.43 for multi-device entitlements and data synchronization. • Oversee API integrations between carrier systems, entitlement servers, and mobile device ecosystems, ensuring smooth and secure communication. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to eSIM provisioning, multi-SIM profiles, carrier integrations, and push notifications.

Requirements

• SMDP+ Integration: Extensive experience working with SMDP+ systems for eSIM provisioning and multi-SIM entitlements. • Carrier IT Systems Integration: Proven experience integrating with telecom carrier systems, including entitlement servers and provisioning platforms. • Camel Routes: Hands-on experience with designing and implementing Camel routes for efficient data flow management. • Custom Microservices: Expertise in building and deploying custom microservices for managing entitlements, synchronization, and provisioning. • Websheets: Experience in using websheets for user interface management and entitlements handling. • Push Notification Systems: Experience integrating and managing push notifications using FCM and APNS for real-time updates and synchronization. • DRA (Digital Rights Authentication): Deep understanding of DRA technologies and their implementation in secure content delivery systems. • API Integration: Strong expertise in developing secure, scalable API integrations with carrier back-end systems and mobile devices. • SSL & Certificate Management: Proficiency in SSL encryption, certificate management, and secure data transmission practices. • Telecom Standards: Familiarity with TS.43 and related mobile telecom standards for device entitlements. • Multi-SIM Expertise: In-depth understanding of multi-SIM configurations, entitlements, and synchronization for Apple, Samsung, and Android platforms. • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with experience in resolving complex technical issues in multi-system environments. • Team Collaboration: Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with product, engineering, and carrier teams.
