Description

•Analyze and report on business trends and performance. •Understand drivers of over- and under-performance. •Identify reasons for performance gaps or overperformance. •Support planning and target setting (e.g., end of quarter, FY'25 planning). •Conduct deeper analysis using SQL, Excel, and Tableau. •Answer key business questions and define recommendations. •Examples include e-commerce opportunity sizing and TAM forecasting. •Manage initiatives post-strategic analysis. •Work with stakeholders to drive project execution.

Requirements

•4-6+ years of experience. •Conducting data analysis and forecasting. •Advanced Excel and SQL experience required. •Tableau or similar visualization tool experience is a plus. •Ability to pair qualitative insights with quantitative data. •Track record of working and adapting to ambiguous, fast-moving environments. •Ability to create structure around challenging problems. •Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. •Concrete experience in building strong interpersonal relationships. •Collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable work ethic. •Experience working with cross-functional teams. •Strong English communication skills.
