Description

• Motive empowers those who run physical operations with tools for safer, more productive, profitable work. • The GTM Finance team drives key financial data through analytics, modeling, business partnerships, and visualization of results. • As a Lead Financial Analyst, you'll support Post Sales leadership with insights into performance and decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance related field (FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting) with exposure to Accounting or Corporate Finance concepts through direct college coursework or work experience. • Experience with SaaS metrics and GAAP accounting concepts • Expert in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; hands-on experience preferred on • NetSuite, Salesforce; Adaptive and SQL experience is highly recommended • Problem solving/analytical mindset, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives at once • Experience in technologies like Snowflake or Tableau is a plus • Excellent verbal and written skills. You collaborate effectively with other teams and communicate clearly about your work
