• Motive empowers physical operations with tools for safety and productivity. • The Software TPM role requires broad software development knowledge and project management experience. • The candidate should have strong Agile development skills.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in the development and management of software products. • Experience should include project scheduling, resource allocation, task management, risk management and other basic Program Management functions. • Experience managing projects that include multiple teams at multiple sites. • Experience managing outsourced firmware projects. • Ability to lead without authority and prioritize effectively in ambiguous situations. • Capacity to work in a fast paced, continuously changing environment.
