📋 Description
• Lead and optimize reverse logistics operations across multiple remote warehouse locations • Manage end-to-end return processes including RMA, refurbishment, and disposition strategies • Oversee a team focused on operational excellence and process improvements • Maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners to ensure compliance and performance enhancements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field • Proven experience in warehouse management with a focus on 3PL operations • Familiarity with 3PL systems and technologies • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards • Strong communication skills • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks • Problem-solving skills for unforeseen issues • Analytic skills to collect and analyze information • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in Supply Chain or Logistics • Very strong Excel skills required • Experience working in an ERP (Netsuite/Coupa)
