• Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. • Motive serves more than 120,000 customers across a wide range of industries. • As the Manager, Solutions Consultant within Motive's Installation Services team, you will support a team of Solutions Consultants delivering technical solutions that align with our customers' business objectives. • Drive successful outcomes for our clients by providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions. • Act as a liaison between the Solutions Consultants team and other departments, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS solutions, or a similar field, with a focus on technical solutioning and customer engagement. • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. • Strong understanding of technical solutions and how they align with business objectives, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable strategies. • A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build strong relationships, particularly with high-priority clients. • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that improve performance and drive success. • A knack for identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements that drive better outcomes for the team and customers. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing forecasts, pipelines, and sales activities. • Experience in the trucking, logistics, or related industries is an advantage, though not required.
