📋 Description
• Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. • The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to ensure we create the right products to move our business forward. • As we continue to expand our suite of products on top of our massive network of devices, we are looking for a talented Product Operations Manager who can take our Safety portfolio to the next level. • You will work closely with product managers and stakeholders from sales, marketing, and engineering teams to help drive rapid company growth. • In return, you’ll receive visibility across the organization and will be a key voice in one of the most exciting companies in the transportation industry.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience as a program manager within Product, Sales, or Marketing organizations. • Experience in managing product operations with a strong emphasis on process optimization and new product development. • Detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • A dedicated team player who excels at enabling others to perform at their best. • A passion for engaging with and learning from customers. • A self-starter with a high level of motivation to exceed expectations. • Expertise in data analysis and manipulation using SQL or other tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel). • Proven experience in driving projects end-to-end and fostering collaboration across organizations at all levels. • Experience working effectively with remote or offshore teams.
