• Who we are: • Motive empowers people with tools for safer, more productive physical operations. • We serve over 120,000 customers across various industries including transportation, logistics, and construction. • About the Role: • Join our Risk Management team as a portfolio management analyst managing commercial portfolio health and improving credit strategies. • Collaborate with teams to design scalable processes mitigating financial risk. • What You'll Do: • Responsible for portfolio management of commercial card customers. • Monitor and maintain credit quality of unsecured accounts. • Perform risk assessments evaluating utilization, credit deterioration, fraud, etc. • Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory laws, and provide business updates.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of proven experience as a portfolio management analyst supporting US commercial credit products, preferably cards • Knowledge of U.S. credit, fraud, collection and risk management techniques • Familiarity with legal, regulatory and compliance framework for commercial products (e.g. FDCPA, CARD ACT, ECOA, UDAAP & TILA) • Posses strong analytical ability and comfortable working within a performance based structure • Ability to communicate directly with customer through multi-channel (email, chat, phone, etc.) collection methodology • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and proficient in negotiation, problem solving, probing with one call resolution • End to end comprehension of the entire credit journey including underwriting, collections, fraud and risk management
