Description

• Develop comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps for equipment monitoring solutions, balancing customer needs, market opportunities, and technical feasibility • Engage directly with customers across various verticals to gather feedback, identify pain points, and synthesize insights, distinguishing between individual requests and generalizable needs • Create detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and work closely with engineering teams to scope and prioritize features, navigating technical trade-offs and business implications • Support Engineering teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and product performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and drive continuous product improvement • Collaborate with GTM teams to develop compelling product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and support sales enablement efforts

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on enterprise SaaS products and IoT solutions • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to manage conversations across software, firmware, and hardware domains • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in fast-paced environments • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and influence without authority • Data-driven approach to decision-making, combined with strong product intuition and user empathy • You have high “EQ” and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment • You are comfortable and confident sharing your thoughts in verbal or written form. You can engage constructively in debate and discussion with different personality types and seniority levels. • You are a trailblazer who is humble, kind, and open to learning new stuff. You can take a stand yet commit even when you disagree. You have a strong bias to action • Experience working with GTM teams and engaging directly with customers to gather insights and validate product concepts • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field; MBA is a plus
