• Motive empowers people running physical operations with tools to improve safety, productivity, and profitability. • Seeking a Technical Program Manager with IT audit experience to ensure compliance and lead technology initiatives. • Lead cross-functional security centric technical projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Ensure project deliverables adhere to relevant regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS). • Assist in defining and maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management ‘ERM’ framework. • Act as a liaison between Security Engineering and InfoSec to align priorities.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent role. • 3+ years experience in IT audits, compliance, or risk management. • Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar. • Knowledge of frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001 • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance. • CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or equivalent (Preferred). • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent (Preferred).
