• GoodLeap is a technology company delivering best-in-class financing and software products for sustainable solutions. • Seeking an experienced Workday Financial Systems Administrator to join the finance team. • Play a critical role in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Financials modules. • Ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Workday Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and more. • Requires collaboration with Accounting and Business Intelligence teams for accuracy of data. • Assistance in maintaining other business systems connected to Workday and ad-hoc finance projects. • A process-oriented mindset and ability to resolve issues essential for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles and reporting requirements as they relate to ERP systems. • Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting business systems, demonstrating a broad knowledge of systems integration. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity. • Excellent collaboration skills with the proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment. • A process-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement collaborative solutions.
