• Lead building our organizational learning machine and enable fast, data-driven iterations across every function • Design end-to-end data system and own data visualization and business intelligence suite • Ensure OKRs and KPIs are effective and leading to desired results
Requirements
• At least 3 years of work experience in a business analytics or data analytics role • MBA or Master's with an Analytics or Mathematics focus • SQL, Business Intelligence Tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) proficiency • Beginner Python proficiency • Ability to create complex strategic and financial models • Skills to put together polished, persuasive presentations • Knowledge of data visualization for cross-functional stakeholders • Effective project management skills
