📋 Description

• GoodParty.org is empowering Independents to run, win, and serve so we can transform civic leadership. • You’ll work closely with our Director of Growth and larger marketing team. • You’ll support all aspects of our organic growth efforts. • You’ll measure engagement on social media platforms and other marketing platforms. • You’ll work up to 35-40 hours/week in the summer and ideally continue on between 10-20 hours/week during the fall semester until November 28, 2025.

• You’re a student in or recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate program in marketing, business, communications, humanities, or related field OR have experience working at a startup. • You’ve got the grit to push through and make the impossible possible. You thrive working at the startup speed that our mission demands. • You love experimenting with and refining things to get the best possible result. • You have experience gathering, analyzing, and making decisions based on data. • You’re actively using AI tools to make your work more efficient and higher quality. • You’re a clever, engaging writer. • You can work independently and handle multiple work streams in a remote setting. You’re able to pivot and re-prioritize at a moment’s notice. • You’re willing to learn and desire mentorship.
