Requirements

• 3-5 years of SaaS Experience within Sales, Sales Engineering or CSM • Exceptional presentation and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business goals and close sales • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, and multiple projects/deals in a fast paced team environment • Strong creative problem solving skills, and ability to find new answers to hard problems • Top notch organizational skills and with an amazing eye for detail • HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, or related industry experience • Startup experiences, particularly early stage • Experience within a small team • Work experience in recruitment or other people functions
