Description

• As a member of our Customer Service team at KO Storage, you will join a service and sales-focused team passionate about listening to, caring for, and connecting with our customers. • In this role, you will answer calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions. • This is a Full-Time Remote position.

Requirements

• You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers. • You must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task. • You must be able to complete all tasks in a timely manner. • You are a critical problem solver who enjoys finding solutions to challenges. • You can effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds. • You are versatile, flexible, and willing to work within changing environments with enthusiasm. • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in customer service, sales, call center, or collections environments.
