• Gorilla Logic provides nearshore Agile teams to Fortune 500 and SMB companies, bringing unparalleled expertise in the delivery of full-stack web, mobile, and enterprise applications. • Our highly collaborative Agile Gorillas are uniquely qualified to implement complex software initiatives. • With offices in the United States, Costa Rica, Colombia and Mexico, Gorilla Logic helps clients gain competitive advantages to achieve results faster. • Gorilla Logic is looking for Senior Node Full-Stack Engineers, who will work with a team of engineers building and maintaining our future client's web application. • Based in Medellin, Colombia, this will be a key role within our client's engineering team, requiring extensive backend and web development experience with JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3 and a modern web framework like Vue, React or Angular. • Our environment will require you to work effectively with your teammates. • Your real success will be measured by how well you couple critical thinking with self-motivation, enthusiasm and determination.
🎯 Requirements
• Required English Level: Upper intermediate to advanced • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of web development experience • 1+ years of backend development using Node • 1+ years of web development experience using React • Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and JQuery • Experience with a modern JavaScript framework like React/Redux, Angular and/or Vue • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX • Experience with server-side CSS preprocessors such as LESS and Sass • Experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies • Must have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills to interact with Agile team members
