📋 Description
• Lead and mentor the Digital Product Development service area team. • Evolve and expand our Digital Product Development capabilities and solutions. • Conduct client discovery calls to share our capabilities. • Identify and pursue new Digital Product Development opportunities within client portfolios. • Drive content development and enhance capabilities and offerings across all service areas. • Partner with Delivery and Practice Leads to develop career progression frameworks. • Set the strategic direction for application development alliance partnerships. • Serve as the senior point of contact for application development alliance partners.
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in relevant fields, with a strong background in full-stack development. • Former experience as a software industry leader (e.g., CTO or similar) is strongly preferred. • Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects with significant impact. • Deep expertise in Digital Product Development Service Area, including Product Discovery and Systems Integration. • Demonstrated success in sales engineering and business development. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • Proven ability to earn credibility quickly with C-level executives. • Strong collaboration skills with sales, marketing, and delivery teams. • Advanced coaching and mentoring skills. • Strategic thinking, project management, and risk management skills. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. • Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations.
