📋 Description

• Our mission is to empower dental clinics with Roger, and our next-generation automated workflows, to do more with less. • Roger transforms treatment planning and patient communication, streamlines workflows, boosts efficiency and increases revenue for dental teams. • We’re now looking for a sharp, driven, and curious Product Analyst to join our product team. • Help us uncover insights, measure impact of features, and guide decision-making with sharp, clean data. • Run explorative analyses, generate hypotheses, and work with the team to continuously improve our product through data. • Drive direct customer value by providing our biggest customers with insights on their data. • Collaborate across the company to help everyone make smarter decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of SQL: You write clean, performant queries, and understand how to structure data for exploration and analysis. • Experience with product analytics: You’ve worked in a SaaS or digital product environment, ideally with B2B products. • Eye for detail, mind for patterns: You’re meticulous, yet you see the big picture and can connect dots others don’t. • Curious and Analytical: You’re not just answering questions—you’re asking better ones and finding innovative ways to measure what matters. • Digging deep: Your curiosity doesn’t stop at the first insight—you dig deeper, find patterns, and propose actions. • Clear communicator: You can break down complex findings into clear, actionable insights for different audiences. • Team player: You thrive in a collaborative remote setting and enjoy working with cross-functional teams. • Bonus Skills: Experience with dbt, data modeling, or data warehouse management. Familiarity with Looker Studio, Lightdash, Power BI, or Tableau. Python knowledge for analysis, automation, or experimentation. Exposure to data science, machine learning, or AI applications in product analytics.
