• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (e.g., product usage, web analytics, marketing, sales, and customer feedback) to understand user behavior and growth trends. • Analyze the entire growth funnel, including user acquisition, activation, retention, expansion, and churn, to identify opportunities for optimization and experimentation. • Build and maintain forecast models to predict growth performance and track KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, and more. • Conduct cohort analysis to track user behavior over time and identify patterns that influence growth. • Design and implement A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or eCommerce environment. • Strong understanding of product-led growth principles and eCommerce growth strategies. • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, or similar as well as knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and cohort analysis. • Familiarity with growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, ARR, churn, and funnel analysis.
