Description

• Impact the experience of millions of customers worldwide. • Work closely with UX, engineering, and product management teams to bring visions to life. • Lead design efforts throughout the product development lifecycle. • Build and strengthen a world class design team passionate about improving customers’ lives. • Actively coach the team and elevate UX skillsets across the organization. • Proactively build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional partners and UX.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience managing UX teams in a lean, agile, and user-centric environment • Proven methods and record of success building B2B products for both medium businesses and enterprise customers • Experience in a SaaS environment • Experience managing hybrid and remote teams • Demonstrated success in nurturing a collaborative culture between design, engineering, and product • Proven ability to define, develop, innovate, and garner cross-functional support for changes that promote user-centricity, efficiency, and productivity
