• Developing and executing the regional channel marketing and direct marketing strategies to support the growth of GoTo’s performance in the ANZ region • Working with regional sales teams to create and execute comprehensive go-to-market programs that help achieve a predictable and healthy pipeline • Building co-marketing plans with designated partners in support of their revenue targets that help achieve and maintain a healthy pipeline • Planning and logistics for all partner specific and regional events and activities • Managing partner specific incentives and collaborating with finance to ensure payment execution • Working within budget to assist with direct marketing demand generation efforts
• 4+ years of Channel Programs and Regional Marketing experience • Proven track record aligning and collaborating with Channel and Direct Sales teams • Experience with different channel partner models and sales teams (direct and indirect) • Ability to leverage AI and graphic design technologies to support messaging, activities and events • Event planning and execution for any ANZ region events • Ability to quickly understand and achieve business objectives, through creation of well-aligned marketing strategies, execution of plans and reporting on performance • Detail and results oriented, with the ability to show impact of work on wider organizational goals
