• 2+ years of professional experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition. • 100% bilingual in English. • Experience recruiting for the USA is mandatory. • Agency experience is nice to have. • Effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills. • Demonstrated ability to recruit for multiple concurrent roles effectively. • Demonstrated experience using a variety of sourcing techniques, including social networking, internet, and other database searches. • Thorough experience in the full-cycle recruitment process: client-facing assessment of needs, wants, and goals, networking, job ad placement, vetting of applications, interviewing, running assessments, etc. • Highly organized and maintains solid attention to detail. • Skilled in software systems like CRM / Candidate Management, project management tools, and the Google Suite. • Experience using Lever as an ATS.
