• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to collect and compile information • Support current Sharepoint sites and reporting processes • Support data analytics and reporting requirements for unit teams • Provide support to CPD data requirements within internal and external data systems • Provide trend analysis to CPD data sets • Create, draft, and provide updates for project Standard Operating Procedures
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (or commensurate experience) • 5+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments • Experience working with, maintaining, and developing in Sharepoint • Experience with data analytic tools and technology utilized in the ICE environment
