📋 Description
• The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects with several business partners both inside and outside of the Administrative Office of the US courts. • Responsible to document project milestones and keep management appraised of progress and any risk to project completion. • Serves as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. • Creates project plans and schedules. • Works in a team environment and serves as proxy for other team members as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• 2 years as a project lead. • Ability to manage several IT projects at the same time. • Ability to track multiple deadlines in parallel • Document agreements in documents that will be signed be executive leadership. • Building flow charts • Program development lifecycle • Project timelines or MS Project skills • Time management • Problem solving related to projects • Flexibility and adaptability to handle competing work demands
