📋 Description
• Vividly is the leading modern trade promotion management (TPM) solution built by and for the consumer packaged goods industry. • The QA Lead will take ownership of quality assurance processes and ensure the highest standards for software releases. • Work with TPM experts, product managers, and developers to design comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to the needs of CPG customers. • Execute both manual and automated test cases to identify defects, ensure functionality, and validate platform performance. • Use industry-standard tools to document and track software defects. • Conduct regular regression testing to confirm the resolution of identified issues. • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.

• Demonstrated experience in a QA leadership role within a software or tech environment • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools • Exceptional leadership and communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
