📋 Description

• GovOS is a leading provider of transaction and compliance software for state and local governments. • In this role, you will be responsible for managing one or more product areas within the Public (Cloud) Records product suite. • Create a compliant, efficient, and delightful user experience for GovOS customers and their constituents. • We’re in need of a highly collaborative, technically minded and organized senior product manager. • Your experience building marketplace products and operating as a critical partner to internal teams is key to helping us achieve our goals. • Success in the role will be measured on timely delivery, quality of delivered solutions and the revenue growth of the Public Records suite.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software Product Management experience within a SaaS product • Demonstrated experience driving marketplace solutions • Experience building a system of record platform (CRM/ERP software like Salesforce, Workday etc.) in a cloud environment that supports unique end users with different needs. • Demonstrable ability to build for scale. Able to productize features in a way that is configurable for similar user needs, understanding the core functionality and mechanism that enables various implementations. • Experience with workflow steps, integrating inputs and outputs across steps of a process. • Proficiency using sprint planning and feature roadmapping software, like Jira. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to back up assumptions and recommendations to drive actions. • A strong systems thinker who can deconstruct complex problems into smaller parts, considering all personas/users. • Ability to create wireframes and process diagrams to convey desired functionality and promote clear communication to internal teams. • Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance technical needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions. • Natural ability to learn from, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders and teams internal and external. • Ability to execute methodically, at a regular cadence.
