Description
• Full-time remote position for Developer Advocate in Canada • Advocating for open source community and improving Grafana OSS • Teach developers about Grafana and participate in events and content creation • Create technical content including applications, presentations, and blog posts • Help users build solutions and provide feedback on products • Aiming to make users successful by understanding their needs
Requirements
• Substantial technical experience from various disciplines such as testing, software development, SRE, and monitoring • Effective communicator with patience • Collaborative mindset for learning • Background in a technical field such as Computer Science • Technical writing skills • Presentation skills • Willingness to travel 30% of the time • Nice to have: Experience with observability or telemetry • Nice to have: History of participation in open source communities • Nice to have: Experience with Cloud e.g. AWS, Azure, or GCP • Nice to have: Experience running or organizing communities
