📋 Description
• Grafana Labs is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to deliver exceptional training and support to services delivery partners. • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for services delivery partners. • Provide ongoing technical support during deployment and post-implementation phases. • Collaborate with partners to provide architectural guidance tailored to their needs. • Create and maintain documentation and technical resources for partner enablement. • Support partners in the implementation of software solutions with hands-on assistance. • Act as a conduit between partners and internal teams to gather feedback for product development. • Present the services partner program to potential partners and build strong relationships.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on training and supporting services delivery partners. • Experience with Kubernetes, Automation tools, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and other Grafana Labs technologies. • Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and logging solutions. • Strong understanding of complex software architectures, integration patterns, and cloud technologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support partners. • Experience with software implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
