Description

• This is a remote position and we’re considering candidates in Sweden only. • As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you’ll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. • You will own your product’s roadmap, collateral, and market research. • You will collaborate with Grafana leadership on fine-tuning your product’s goals. • You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively. • Product Managers are the bridge that connect Engineering, Design, and Product Design to Go-To-Market. • You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers. • You will be the product manager for the Sharing teams at Grafana Labs, which are building essential features at the core of our users’ key workflows. • You will improve Grafana’s sharing and export capabilities to help users collaborate and get their Grafana content to their audience. • This includes everything from embedding visualizations in other applications to creating reports for executives. • Lastly, you’ll improve tools like Correlations that help users link from one kind of data to another.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management • Experience shipping B2B SaaS software to customers • A desire to dive into complex solutions and work with a highly technical product and customers • Experience partnering with Product Design to build delightful user experiences • Experience working with engineering teams to design and build products in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bonus Points: • Experience with Growth product management: measurement, experimentation, and multivariate testing • Experience operating or using Grafana Labs open source projects or products • Experience with open source software and/or commercial open source companies • Experience with products offered both via SaaS and self-managed
