Description

• This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applications from EMEA time zones. • We’re responsible for our IRM solutions that aim to make it easy to detect, respond, and learn from incidents with minimal effort. • We’re a cross-functional team that works closely with Product, Design, and Documentation to define our goals and build our solutions. • We embrace experimentation, lean principles, and encourage everyone to share their ideas and perspectives. • Coding new features, enhancing the operational experience of the systems you develop, and iteratively improving them based on production insights. • Contributing to and reviewing design documents. • Taking an active role in shaping the team’s roadmap. • Collaborating with different teams across the organization. • Owning the experience of our customers by participating in weekday 12h x 5d and a separate weekend 24h x 2d on-call rotations.

Requirements

• You are comfortable working in a remote-first company and understand the importance of communication. • You enjoy working as a team. • You have solid experience as a Software Engineer building full stack applications. • You feel comfortable working with either Golang or Python and React. • You know how to transform ideas into working code. • You enjoy learning, growing, and supporting others to do the same. • You care deeply about user experience and the quality of the products that you work on. • You enjoy working on complex solutions. • You value code maintainability, readability and testing. • You have experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud or some experience with systems engineering. • You understand the implications of technical decisions. • You enjoy being part of the community. • You are able to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
