• Take an active role in influencing the roadmap and career objectives • Work with the team to deliver new features • Drive projects from ideation to operations • Contribute to projects outside team’s scope • Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems • Participate in on-call rotations • Mentor and support team members • Learn about cloud product and codebase.

Requirements

• Solid experience with at least one programming language (Go preferred) • Experience delivering projects from gathering requirements to shipping • Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud or systems engineering • Experience with microservices architectures and distributed systems • Writing clean, robust, and performant software • Nice to haves: Kubernetes, Kafka, Grafana, Prometheus, on-call experience, infrastructure as code.
