Description

• This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applications from EMEA time zones. • We’re responsible for our IRM solutions that aim to make it easy to detect, respond, and learn from incidents. • We’re a cross-functional team that works closely with Product, Design, and Documentation to define our goals and build our solutions. • Coding new features, enhancing the operational experience of the systems you develop, and iteratively improving them based on production insights. • Contributing to and reviewing design documents. • Taking an active role in shaping the team’s roadmap. • Collaborating with different teams across the organization. • Owning the experience of our customers by participating in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• comfortable working in a remote-first company • solid experience as a Software Engineer building full stack applications • comfortable working with either Golang or Python and React • able to design a solution, get feedback, and write a prototype by yourself • enjoy learning, growing, and supporting others to do the same • care deeply about user experience and the quality of the products • enjoy working on complex solutions • value code maintainability, readability and testing • experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud or systems engineering • understand the implications of technical decisions • enjoy being part of the community • able to communicate clearly in written and spoken English
