• Manage compensation programs and processes • Conduct analyses and provide compensation recommendations • Deliver guidance on compensation matters • Perform compensation benchmarking; participate in salary surveys • Drive annual compensation review and equity planning processes • Act as a subject matter expert regarding market trends in compensation • Support compensation offers ensuring competitiveness and internal equity • Assist with preparation of Compensation Committee materials • Train People team on compensation philosophy, strategy, and processes • Maintain Workday Advanced Compensation module configuration • Provide analytical support and data analysis • Conduct strategic analysis of workforce data
• 3-5 years experience in a global compensation role • Operate at multiple altitudes, prioritize workload and manage multiple projects • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ideally experience of working remotely and/or internationally • Excellent communicator in all channels • Highly approachable with a customer service approach • Detail-oriented and able to own administrative tasks • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred • Experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation preferred
