Requirements

• comfortable working in a remote-first company and understand the importance of communication • enjoy learning, growing, and supporting others to do the same • solid experience as a Senior Software Engineer with solid experience working with Go • enjoy working as a team - collaborative, friendly, kind, and respectful • enjoy working on complex solutions • can drive your work independently, but also know when to reach out for help • care deeply about developer and user experience and the quality of products • want to participate in on-call rotations and drive operational improvements • enjoy being part of the community, able to communicate design decisions clearly in written and spoken English
