📋 Description
• Granicus is seeking a Community Engagement Consultant to improve government engagement practices. • Advises on strategies aligning with policy objectives and public interests. • Works closely with EngagementHQ clients to enhance engagement activities. • Mentors clients in best-practice utilization of community engagement tools. • Collaborates with multiple teams to deliver engagement services.
🎯 Requirements
• IAP2 Certificate of Engagement mandatory. • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field. • 10+ years of community engagement experience. • Experience on major infrastructure and contentious projects. • Skills in facilitating community panels. • Experience in advising government organizations. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Experience in policy development and strategic planning. • Proficiency in using outreach tools. • Proficiency in online engagement platforms. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong presentation and public speaking skills. • Experience creating consultation reports and analyzing data. • Experience in business intelligence tools is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management tools. • Knowledge of community engagement legislation and trends.
