Description

• Assist in the evaluation and execution of potential M&A opportunities • Partner with the VP of Corporate Strategy & Development on post-M&A integration activities • Work closely with executive leaders on metrics for success of acquired companies • Finance acquisitions through a combination of cash, debt, and equity • Support assessment of potential partnerships and development opportunities • Deliver strategic projects end-to-end

Requirements

• BS/BA/BBA in Business, Finance, Engineering, Math, or related degree; MBA preferred • Must have 5+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, investment banking, strategy consulting, venture capital / private equity, and/or corporate development • Experience and/or interest in technology, including SaaS / application software preferred • Track record and familiarity with M&A processes • Robust analytical & quantitative skills, including ability to analyze complex financial transactions • Results oriented with a strong attention to detail • Fundamental understanding of key accounting & finance principles, including reading and analyzing financial statements • Demonstrated success in a high pressure, dynamic, fast-paced environment • Superior communications skills, both written & verbal • High level of proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) • Strong presentation development skills; high proficiency in PowerPoint and Word • Complex problem-solving skills; innovative with the ability to create differentiated analysis based on the situation • Ability to travel as needed (estimated <25% of time)
