• Granicus is driven to transform Govtech industry by building and maintaining technology. • Responsible for client-facing activation, setup, training, support, and success on Act-On product.

Requirements

• Experience with marketing automation and/or email marketing is required. • Minimum one year of experience in a marketing automation/email marketing role, preferably in a software/tech environment. • Minimum one year of experience in a customer service or training role, preferably in a software/tech environment. • Solid understanding of email marketing/marketing automation systems and training others on the system(s). • Good understanding of database concepts and segmentation • Skilled at training on complex subjects • Strong problem solving, project management and analytical skills. • Highly organized and self-motivated. • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team • Excellent attention to detail • Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Marketing Cloud • Understanding of HTML and CSS • Experience using email delivery tools (Litmus, Email on Acid, etc.) • Strong tourism & travel industry knowledge • Prior experience with Act-On • Previous CRM experience
