• Granicus is driven by technology transforming the Govtech industry, connecting governments with constituents. • Responsible for finding, screening, and hiring talent for Granicus. • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing passive candidates and using innovative methods. • Focus on reducing the time to fill positions while ensuring quality and satisfaction. • Note: This is a 6-month contract position.

Candidates living in other countries cannot be considered at this time. • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, and hiring hard-to-find candidates and working in a high-volume environment • Effective communication, teamwork, and client service skills; excellent written and oral communication, and willingness to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully • Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level executives as well as hiring managers and candidates • 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with a background in IT and/or technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment
