• Granicus is a Govtech company transforming government-citizen interactions. • Responsible for designing and managing sales training programs. • Collaborate with sales leadership and various teams to drive performance and growth. • This role impacts the success of the sales team and company growth directly. • Fast-paced environment requiring collaboration and support.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS model, or B2G environment • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs that drive revenue growth • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Experience using sales enablement tools like Gong, Highspot, and Salesloft as well as Salesforce CRM • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
