• Learn the Granicus platform and grow into the role of Sales Engineer. • Assist the sales team in customer needs qualification. • Develop and deliver effective demonstrations of Granicus solutions. • Build custom demonstrations and proof of concepts against client requirements. • Support sales and marketing teams at customer events. • Provide written responses for tenders and functional questions. • Support pre-sales environments configuration and management. • Help maintain response knowledge base and product documentation.
• Self-motivated technology enthusiast with a proven track record in software sales. • Understand the market and position products against the competition. • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills for tender responses. • Ability to translate technical and business requirements into deliverable solutions. • Collaborate with multiple teams to demonstrate a tailored value proposition. • Knowledge of Local Government, Central Government, or public sector • Knowledge of customer services environments • Knowledge and experience in cloud-based or SaaS platforms • Awareness of CRM, E-forms, Web Portals, CMS, Engagement/Consultation Tools. • Understanding of system integrations and databases. • Two or more years of pre-sales experience is mandatory. • Willingness to travel UK wide including Ireland
