📋 Description
• Granicus is driven by the excitement of building, implementing, and maintaining technology that is transforming the Govtech industry. • This Sr Project Manager role lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus’ GovQA product family and is a key member of the Implementation Services team. • Your role starts at project kick-off by providing the client with a project plan, oversight of discovery, and requirements gathering. • You are highly consultative, a trusted advisor.
🎯 Requirements
• Manage varying sized customer projects from start to finish • Collaborate with other Project Management colleagues on Granicus Business Processes and best practices • Identify potential implementation risks and mitigation – as early as possible • Serve as an advisor to the customer as they improve their online processes • Collaborate with Implementation Consultants on requirement gathering sessions, both internal and external • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements • Create test plans and facilitate user acceptance testing of custom-built services • Collaborate and work closely with internal partners; you will be fostering relationships with coworkers across the company to support their efforts while delivering products • Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
