Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Proven experience (3+ years) in strategic planning within a communication or advertising agency. • Strong analytical skills with experience in consumer, category, and brand research. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively. • Proficiency in digital strategy, including owned, earned, and paid media. • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in training and team development. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Open to travel for research Nationally and internationally
