📋 Description

• Graphite is a technology-enabled growth agency that helps fast-growing companies like Masterclass, Notion, and Webflow unlock sustainable revenue through content and SEO. • Responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records. • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support financial planning and capacity. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information to ensure completeness and accuracy of data. • Generate invoices and track AR. • Review payroll and new approvals. • Process and review invoices to ensure appropriate expense approvals and payment. • Cash balance management. • Project: Integrate AI in the accounting process.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting • 5 years of experience in financial close and accounts payable processing. • Experience in USGAAP accounting • Experience in Budgeting • Experience with Quickbooks and Accounts Payable Software (for example: Coupa) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel, and Google Spreadsheets • Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills. • Effective English communication (verbal, written, and presentation) with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels. • Works collaboratively by consulting with employees, colleagues, and clients. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities to meet tight deadlines.
