📋 Description
• We are seeking a case manager who is compassionate and can assist clients in comprehending the requirements and status of their legal cases. • This position involves providing support to both new and existing Social Security clients regarding their legal disability claims via telephone and email communication. • The Case Manager must cultivate client loyalty and trust by delivering high-quality technical services within a high-volume environment. • This client-centered role necessitates effective communication skills and a strong sense of accountability.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree with two (2) to five (5) years of experience with a Social Security disability law firm or advocacy adherence to Social Security Administration (SSA) requirements • Willingness to train new hires in SSD Case Management • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a patient demeanor • Willingness and ability to work with remote staff, provide extensive training, and contribute to building a high-performing team • Experience with case management software, CRM tools, and workflow optimization technologies
