📋 Description
• Developing first drafts of PR plans and program materials with guidance from Green Room partners and PR Managers, including key messages, fact sheets, Q&As, bios and press releases. • Providing on-site support to clients when needed and interacts with the client frequently • Delivering an excellent level of client service by articulating client needs to senior managers, updating on project status and priorities and ensuring seamless workflow and communication among all team members • Implementing plans, provide thoughtful analysis, create and deliver updates and progress reports, as well as provide support as needed around development of PR plans outlining objectives, strategies and tactics • This is an ideal position for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering strategic value to clients in a flexible and collaborative working environment.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-6+ years of agency experience a must; training in communications, media or PR necessary • Experience in healthcare and FDA regulatory communications is crucial • Experience with external meetings and events representing the agency and client (medical conferences, third party events, etc.). • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism
