• Lead pre-sales strategy for customer engagement with Great Minds' curricular products. • Develop an enterprise-wide customer journey framework to measure engagement KPIs. • Work across functions to achieve performance with coherent piloting and presentations. • Establish success measures for solutions focusing on sales impact and ROI. • Build a dedicated pre-sales customer engagement team and champion innovation within sales.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience solutioning within go-to-market initiatives or new product launches. • 5 + years in a leadership role executing product launches or innovative sales approaches is highly desirable. • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate innovative ideas into actionable plans. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across departments. • Proven ability to lead and influence teams in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly iterative context. • Demonstrated success in driving new product adoption and scaling sales initiatives.
