β€’ As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for drafting, editing, scheduling, and analyzing social media content that drive measurable results for our clients on X and LinkedIn. β€’ Your primary focus will be to grow the personal brand's of our clients. β€’ Schedule and lead one-hour monthly video calls with clients to extract key insights, ideas, and narratives for their personal branding strategy. β€’ Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their brand voice and goals are fully understood. β€’ Use video call transcripts to craft compelling, platform-specific content for X and LinkedIn. β€’ Edit, proofread, and format content for clarity, engagement, and impact. β€’ Track and analyze content performance using platform analytics tools, providing actionable insights to optimize growth. β€’ Regularly review and adapt strategies to meet client objectives and platform algorithm changes. β€’ Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices for X and LinkedIn to keep client content relevant and impactful.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or personal branding, preferably with X and LinkedIn. β€’ Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt to different personal brand voices. β€’ Strong organizational skills to manage client calls, transcripts, and content schedules. β€’ Proficiency with tools for transcription and social media analytics. β€’ Comfortable running video calls and communicating directly with clients. β€’ Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently to meet deadlines. β€’ Preferred Qualifications: Experience in extracting insights from interviews or conversations and turning them into written content. β€’ Familiarity with SEO principles as they relate to social media. β€’ Graphic design or basic video editing skills are a plus.
