•GreenGen is tackling climate change with the world’s leading investors. •You will work collaboratively across the company and directly with clients. •You will help coordinate and manage our fast-growing business in the region. •Conduct assessments of building system performance, analyze utility data, and develop energy efficiency retrofit solutions. •Serve as the lead on energy and mechanical matters to project implementation teams. •Assist in the day-to-day project management of our team and partners.
•Bachelors level degree at minimum in a relevant field – Electrical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Physics; Building Science – and at least 7 years of directly related experience •Ability to converse and write professionally in both Japanese and English is mandatory; written and verbal fluency in at least one other Asian language (such as Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese) is preferred. •It is essential that candidate be able to discuss and explain highly technical matters fluently in Japanese and English. •Licensed Equipment Architect or Fire Protection Engineer is preferred ( 設備建築士 ) •Experience with BS16247 EN or ASHRAE 90.1 Standard (ISO 50001 and 14001 are a plus) •Advanced knowledge of energy efficiency and building performance •BREEAM Assessor, LEED AP, or LCEA is a plus; experience with HQE or DGNB useful •Proficiency with Excel is essential •Experience analyzing the potential of solar PV renewable
