📋 Description
• GreenGen is seeking to hire a Senior Energy Engineer responsible for projects across Europe. • Ensures engineering duties are fulfilled and supports energy efficiency programs. • Manages third party engineers, oversees quality assurance, and trains new employees. • Ideal candidate should have solid experience in building service engineering and fluent in French and English.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience • Fluent in French and English • Experience working on building services implementation projects • Understanding of energy efficiency topics and ESG • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field • Master's in engineering preferred • Self-motivated individual happy to work from home. • Experience working on projects in multiple European Countries • Great analytical and maths skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to collaborate with many other teams and stakeholders including real estate investors, contractors and third-party engineering firms • Ability to give constructive criticism • Ability to make decisions quickly
