•Our client is building a sophisticated autopilot system for customer service, designed to seamlessly improve interactions with policyholders. •Their state-of-the-art platform delivers instant, precise solutions to inquiries, tailored to individual needs. •By automating complex policy servicing workflows across customer service and policy administration systems, the platform leverages multi-source knowledge to provide expert-level resolution strategies. •Currently, they are looking for a UX Engineer with 5+ years of experience to create high-quality UX designs in Figma and then implement them in React/NextJS/Tailwind.
Requirements
•5+ years of experience working as a Designer. •Experience in creating user-centered designs using Figma, with a focus on crafting clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces. •Hands-on experience in building responsive and accessible UI components with React and Next.js. •Expertise in Tailwind CSS for efficient and scalable styling. •Solid understanding of modern web development best practices, including performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility. •Familiarity with integrating UX designs into functional front-end applications. •Experience with Node.js will be a plus.
