• The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and media contacts to enhance the visibility and reputation of our brand. • This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to leverage networking opportunities effectively. • Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and other media professionals to secure coverage for our brand in relevant publications and outlets. • Pitch story ideas, press releases, and promotional materials to media contacts, seeking opportunities for editorial coverage, interviews, and features. • Monitor media coverage and track mentions of our brand, competitors, and industry trends to identify PR opportunities and inform strategic decisions. • Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with influencers, bloggers, and social media personalities relevant to our target audience and industry. • Negotiate partnerships and collaborations with influencers to create sponsored content, product placements, and endorsements that align with our brand values and objectives. • Track and measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, analyzing metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI. • Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute events, including product launches, press conferences, trade shows, and networking receptions, to raise awareness of our brand and engage with stakeholders. • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, guest invitations, and onsite support, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for attendees. • Strategic Partnerships: Identify potential strategic partners, sponsors, and collaborators within our industry or related sectors to explore mutually beneficial opportunities for promotion and co-branding. • Negotiate partnership agreements and develop joint marketing initiatives, promotions, and co-branded campaigns to expand our reach and market presence. • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling PR materials, including press releases, media kits, case studies, and thought leadership articles, that showcase our brand story and key messages. • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all PR and marketing communications channels.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field. • Proven experience in PR, media relations, or influencer marketing, preferably within the relevant industry or sector. • Strong network of media contacts, influencers, and industry professionals. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive pitches and compelling content. • Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities, with a track record of executing successful PR campaigns and initiatives. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in using PR and media monitoring tools, as well as social media platforms for networking and engagement. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
